Ordering your Poi Poi products online is quick and easy. When submitting an order you will be taken directly to our checkout system. This is provided by Sage Pay which is used by thousands of online shoppers worldwide and is completely safe and secure. Alternatively, if you have a PayPal account you can use PayPal to purchase your goods, this will also be dealt with through the Sage Pay interface.

When you submit an order you are granting Poi Poi permission to use your details for the purposes of order processing, despatch and from time to time keeping you up to date with our latest products and offers. We will hold the information you provide within the guidelines of the D.P.A. hence we do not and will not divulge any information to third parties. The only information that is not retained by us is the delivery address which we have to print on your parcel - the only person to see it is a member of Royal Mail staff such as your postman or in the case of a larger order, our couriers.

If you do not own a credit card you can also pay by cheque, this should be made payable to 'Flamin' Funky Fire Monkey Ltd'. To pay by cheque, you will need to place your order over the phone. To do this, please call +44 (0)1752 823003. Office hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

At Poi Poi we're dedicated to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your new purchase, then please just contact us for a full refund, replacement or repairs. Bottom line is that we want you the customer to be very happy with your new spinning equipment, props and toys.
