UK Deliveries

Postage and packaging is calculated depending on the weight of your order. This is done automatically by our online shop. Currently we are offering Special Delivery (next day by 1pm) at a set rate of £10 per order. Please call us on 01752 823003 if you require this service.

Currently all orders are sent via Royal Mail first class.

Please allow 3-7 working days to receive your goods. In most cases orders can be expected within 1-4 days. If orders are received before midday we will endeavor to dispatch your goods same day.

Due to the nature of some orders, it may not be possible for us to deliver within these time frames. In such cases we will contact you and update you on the progress of your order and we will give you an estimated time of arrival.

Postage and packaging is currently charged at a set rate of £8.95 GBP per order and is automatically insured for up to £37 GBP, and sent via Royal Mail as a 'small packet'. If your order exceeds the standard weight we will contact you requesting any extra postage that is required. If it is necessary for us to add increased insurance, tracking and item signed for options, we will contact you with details of this.
