oh yeh misread! lol the way to do it would be to measure where you would spin the staff in front of you to the floor and multipy it by two im 6ft3 and i have 2 110cms for doubles 1 120cm for fooking about and a 130cm contact although its not a very good one i want a 140 that weighs at least 1000g.
so my answer would probably be maybe?? lol |

I would say a staff approx 1ft shorter than you any longer and you risk it catching the floor behind you with behind the back passes. quite heavy as it reduces bounce and ideally VERY STRAIGHT as many staffs get a bend I would suggest something quite tough and durable like a 2mm steel.
I'm moving to improve my CJ to improve my staff it'll improve my balance points across my body and smooth out my rolls like angel rolls and front side steves. and continuous full steves.
Learn to juggle all the cool kids are doing it and it only takes about a day to become passably good at a 3 ball cascade.
(and I'm from Kingston boy has that place changed since I left) |

It's to give the impressive illusion to the person your performing to that the ball isn't moving. At least that's what I've always gone with! |

Oh, you can contact juggle pretty much anything spherical. I quite like juggling oranges... I wouldn't try learning with just a thud (they're kinda bumpy), but rubber stage balls can be great. I own a couple, actually...
Thing is, the more perfectly spherical it is, the smoother you can get your tricks and the nicer it feels.
Polished acrylic is about as smooth as it gets. Plus, they look cool.
Shiny steel ones are also pretty good... |
