OK so WTF are these?? i have only had brief explanations that were either far to technical for my brain or far to vaige.

so the info i have gathered is that you do an inverted beats on your weave - so im thinkin ok barrel rolls - aparantly not. Then i thought i had it with the inverted weave - aparantly not.

I have also nearly conquered barrel rolling my 5bt personally i cant see any other way of inverting a 5bt. (that ones gonna bite me in the ass)

sooooooo what the hell are these things?

From what I can gather its a weave only instead of crossing straight over to the other side, you go into buzzsaw for the crossover then out into the weave again on the other side, then back and forth, remember to always go into the buzzsaw for the crossover instead of going straight from left to right...

So in theory the move is going...
Weave on right > buzzsaw in the middle > weave on left > buzzsaw in middle

With the notcoleman5 you are doing a five beat weave but because the arms are mingled during the crossover you have to bring one arm out before going into the buzzsaw, otherwise you got a tangley army mess.

So in theory...

Weave on right > (un-tangle right hand) into buzzsaw in the middle > weave on left > (untangle left hand) into buzzsaw in the middle

I couldn't watch he videos either but from what the description says on HOP....this is what I can make out. Im probably wrong!

well, basically it's a bit of a mind trip to watch but i think i get it

It's essentially a 3bw, but on your same side, you do it on the inside of your arm

So just concentrating on left hand for instance:

Normal 2 beats on the right side, but when you come back round to the left, you send it over from the inside, i.e. from the gap between your right arm and your chest, out to the right side again.

Vice versa with RH.

Ergh.
