That's right!
You can get an extra twist in your wrist before you switch hands. So say for example my right hand is about to go on top of the left.
it goes on top as normal, but, as your right arm slides down your left, keeping your arm on top, slide your right wrist under your left. It's fairly twisty but you can get extra beats this way into your TTN! |

Thanks, im not entirely sure im doing TTN right tho. im just switching my hands when they reach the bottem rather then 'threading' through my arm  |

Worked on my 4bt windmill some more.
Can now do a really smooth 5bt fountain with a 4bt windmill.
Too bad I can only weave 2bt's around my body at the bottom part of the fountain though. |

hey sarel if you wana learn three beats
try putting down one poi then hold out your empty hand so your arms out straight then spin one above one below then bring it back over then once you can do that spin it above and bring your bottom arm (the empty one) over the top of the arm thats spinning and voila once you can do that just add in the second poiand it should come really easily |

i just finished learning the 5bw backwards! yay! although it still needs alot of work! lol.. i cant seem to keep my arms by my sides they go up over my head.. lol.. but i can keep it continuously going :D yay!
next i think i shall try thread the needle.. cuz it looks fairly simple :D |

Hyperloops... from weave and then not sure if they are still hyperloops but froma a butterfly wrist stop.
Perfected my buzz saw and TTN.. can kinda to crossers too.. not really pushing myself at the moment.. too busy buying horsing things lol |

Trying to learn hyperloops now, can nearly get them, just keep tieing the socks in a knot :(
nailed 3bt isolations today as well, standing still and while 360'ing :D |
