|
|
Hey people, anyone got any good video of somone doing this?
Always great being able to slow things down and watch them slow to get the basic understanding in how to get into the moves etc.
Really wanna learn the extra beats into these moves as it looks amazing
Have alot to learn, but its so much fun so I dont mind.
Also wanna ask, how long time did it take for you guys to get used to reversing the windmill and corkscrews, I can do them both in reverse, but then it looks like the first few successful tries at the normal direction for me |

| I can only do a four bt windmill- the best thing to do is to do the windmill wrong then correct it in front- *hunts for video* |

I managed to do an extra beat in front of me, and got the poi behind my head, although then my hands get retarded and go back in front too early or something like that. But atleast it feels not so impossible as earlier.
The corkscrew with extra beats still feels mysterious though, there the confusion is ultimate but cant learn it all in one day I guess :P
Nice to see a bit more movement in the forums again, been quiet here for a few days now |

YESS!!! Got the windmill now in 4 beat!
So darn happy it hurts! Ok its not perfect in any way and I hit myself after a few full turns and go back to 2 beat every now and then, but atleast I got it!
Sorry for being so energetic but this move has really got me wondering alot how its done
Now the corkscrew must be 4 beated aswell and I'm on the right track |

Wooohooo thanx!
Got them both now
NEXT!
*lol*
I really feel the arms working hard when doing this, I get tired pretty fast in the arms.
Guess itīll feel more easy as I get more flexible in arms and wrists as with the 5bt wave.
Still very clumsy when doing the normal windmill in reverse so need to get the timeing right on that aswell, also when revering things everything feels so heavy, is that normal? |

| DO IT WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED- that is the best way to learn the extra beats in corkscrew and windmill- you can concentrate on just doing the move- not what it looks like |

When doing this in reverse, should it all be inverted fully to make it feel best.
For example, I start off the extra spin in front when doing the normal one, should it be easier to add the first extra spin behind the head when doing the reverse one?
Or might this be all just personal preference? |
