I might Lock this one until the next time the Brighton M.O.T.M. comes round.

I think every meeting we have we should jot down the important details on the first post. Hotels, where to meet, traveling to the town/location. Do you all agree on that?

would be good say if we had 4 meets a year one for each season lol like one in brighton, kent, manc etc.. and kept em set. I think as well that if poipoifest dont get sorted by summer we should all go camping somewhere nice instead Smile

Ok so we have...

Four meets every year. One for each season. A specific date will be specified for these dates.

PoipoiFest. Which is still to be determined.

Plus the other three seasons. Spring, Summer and Autumn.

Will make a thread in the events and performances section for each of these times and sticky them

I think Poipoi should have a camping trip somewhere anyways! That would be so awesome! Go somewhere picturesque with tents and the like!
