Havn't learnt anything new in a little while, but the last thing was hybrid butterly.

Basically one arm dones a long armed circle in wall plane, whilst the other arm follows it around with anti-spin. A real brain twister at first but feels (and looks) lovely when you get it Smile

Woot I just nailed some hyperloops with my "Rubber things" however cant do it with any of my other poi, seems the weight on the heavy rubber balls made it easier for me.
Still not smooth at all though and pretty low successrate, but getting there! Smile

A tracer, as far as I'm aware, is where you do a wrap, but spin your arm round where you're wraping so it doesn't bounce off.

E.g. do a normal arm wrap, but before it bounces back, circle the arm you're holding your wrapping poi with, aroiund the arm it is wrapping around. So your poi kinda slide off it. With the arms its kinda like a barrel roll (see tuition vids) but without the whole crossing over your body deal, and one with one arm :P.

Whats a waist tap/lock, Lucian?
