Hello there!
I started mucking around today after just looking at my mates glow poi! I rammed some juggling balls in some ski socks and tenderised my testicles for an hour. Then i used a flip-flop as a cod piece, problem solved Very Happy
I'm raaabbish but its lots of fun so far, the instruction videos are mental!! I'll be very proud if i can just rise to the dizzy heights of beginner!
My hobbies include music, games, reading (the usual etc) and kung fu.
Looking forward to some serious spinning in the future hello

Excellent! mm dont tempt me with biscuits ive only just kicked the habit Razz

Any hints for improving my lack of finesse in my left hand? I know practice will help lots but im wondering if anyone knows of a secret exercise eg holding ones cup of tea with the left hand instead of the right?

Warm welcome much appreciated Smile

I am responsible for Mcphattys intro to poi, and his rubbish skills as I am poor at teaching (and spinning) but hopefully all will improve with time!
