Can`t believe I didn`t find this site earlier. What can I say, here`s a poi poi related incident.
Me and a mate, off our faces on something nasty one late winter`s night, getting down to a bit of impromptu syncro-poi action in a hayfield in West Norfolk, tennis balls in socks. All going well in the glow of headlights, had wicked psytrance coming out of my mates Fiesta, perfecto. Next thing we`re lighting the buggers with BBQ lighter fluid and getting completely carried away. Anyway, dry winter, dry hay stubble, flaming tennis balls in the hands of buggered idiots - you can guess what happened next... field caught light, oh yes! Instead of putting the (at first) small fire out... we just watched... and giggled. Too buggered (my memory went hazy at this point, the farmer related this to me the next day) to do anything really, we just sat and watched as the flames, fanned by a light north-easterly so common to the flatlands of WN at this time, spread like a wave across some bloke`s field. All was well though, the farmer who (apparently) found us pissing on unburnt field in a ridiculous attempt at creating a firebreak (guess it made sense at the time - they do it in the Australian bush) apparently had the field down for a fire clearance the very next week. He said, `don`t worry about the field lads you`ve saved me a job, bit risky, but noone`s hurt. Now, wouldn`t happen to know who`s burnt out car that is would you...?`

Shite happens when you`re going for a spin.

hahahaha! thats a good story(^_^) it'd be awesome if you did have photos of that!
we got some abuse from the fuzz the other day actually, we were firespinning on a beach and apparently someone called in and complained! the police came down and we were sat round our campfire and asked "have you been playing with fire on ropes?" lol we said yeah and one of the police knew what it was when we showed them and said "ok then thats fine just make sure you cover your campfire debris at the end of the night" and then left, a waste of police time if you ask me lol
welcome to the forums mate!
