Hey!
A friend of mine introduced me to poi spinning back this past February. He started a group in Barrie, Ontario for beginners and such, and it's amazing. It's my new favourite thing.
I havn't ever really liked leisure things, I hated gym class, but this is SO much fun.

I have made some of my own sets of poi using tennis balls and braided gimp. I ordered some practice poi from primalfire out of B.C, and some from homeofpoi out of New Zealand.

Anyways, thought I would say hey, and such, so yeah, Hey and happy spinning everyone

pretty much what J said! check out the vids and if theres some tricks that arent on there yet, just ask around the forum, you'll find someone who will help you out!!
