contact staff
just learnt to swap hands with my fishtails, prayer fishtails and giant ones as well Smile

some mad iso's and starting to learn how to liquid to go with it.

devil stick
almost conquered the helicopter curl

nothing else really the cj n devil stick has taken a backseat to staff at the moment :D

wooo learnt the pivots and conveyer belt will have a bash with doubles 2night but i know i aint gonna be able to do it yet.

Felix man make a vid of your staff skills! What do you use as a staff? Does it need to be sticky like a devilstick to do tricks? Where do you learn all your contact tricks? SO MANY QUESTIONS! I WANT TO TRYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

i have 2 staffs and the are both way to light to do contact with but i still can it just spins quicker and takes more to control. i teach myself cant even watch videos anymore :( tis pants!! yeh it helps if they have a grip on as metal slides quite easy on clothes.

im not that good yet will post a vid after play Wink

I got doubles staff on staff contact conveyor variables with stalls :D also a trick similar to prayer steves with doubles with stick on stick contact instead of a prayer Razz

I've learned how to do forwards and backwards shoulder wraps neck wraps and throw turns (occasionaly) and just working on elbow wraps
