I'm so happy...

I've managed to do shoulder reels!! Very Happy mega grin ultragrin

hehe.

thankyou so much those of you who helped me. I jsut got home, went outside and it all became so clear! It took me about half an hour, then it just happened and I could do it!
I will say that I don't keep stil when I do it, I kind of have to put my back back when I go behind myhead...and forward when I go in front of myself.

Yaaay!

Smile

Jo xx

..yeah but once you practice and get used to the movement involved your body will become straighter and stiller because your arms will be able to compensate for this.

Well done!!!!

Great job there! and yeah good luck for tonight!
Hip reels should be fairly easier now you know what the motion is, it should come fairly quickly, but it can be confusing at first! so keep at it(^_^)

Always the way... By the by, does anyone else walk around the house twisting their arms into funny positions when they're trying to figure out a move -- or am I just strange? Razz
