I dunno if other people do this but i put a load of moves together an it looks really cool

Basically

First you do a lock-out
Then (this is the hard bit) let go of one, put in the other hand, then catch it after one rotation
And to end you do a three/five/whateva beat weave, heres a video, and a slowed down version Very Happy

they aint really got names they just hand switches as far as im aware

nice move man... have u tried doin a lock out then let go of both poi at same time. so one goes up one goes down, if timed correctly u can stall them and it looks pretty sick

will try that, but don't expect a reply on this forum for a couple of weeks as i will most probably be in a coma

yeh man i like it i think there are a few other moves that could come from that i know you can do it with the butterfly by going into one handed then swapping hands.
