ive got twp poi's infront of me doin the mexicain wave my right hand can then turn into the butterfly over my head left is nearly gettin there just need some more ideas on were or wot to throw the poi into any suggestions any 1???  |

Woah, confusing- ok, so you are doing the mexican wave in front of you- horizontal???
And then you go into overhead butterfly- your left hand doesn't like it???
A good trick from overhead is to bring the poi down to the ground almost, still horizontal, then jump over them. Then take them back overhead- looks cool!!! |
