| right imagine split time hip reels, when your right hand is btb dont bring it back round to the front on your right hand side bring it all the way round to the front on your left side like a waist wrap then back round all the way to the left hand side again practice with one first then 2. do you understand that? lol not very clear |

| ok get one poi swing it parrallel in front of you spinning right. swing it behind ya on your left hand side keep it there for a few beats and in one beat take it from your left side to back round in front of you round your right side to btb and back round to your left side so it swings a beat in front of you from your left hand side and then all the way back round to behind ya on your left hand side again. practice same direction but with ya other hand its the same technique but wil swing to your right side. yeh you will need a video lol |

A meltdown, is when one hand is in a waistwrap, and one is infront to the opposite side.
Check this video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iFWGBywsAK0
The first clip has a load of meltdown stuff in. It starts after the BTB stuff. About 14 secs in |
