I bite but not very hard :P Nah we are all lovely people on here :D
Get checking out the tutorials and get them spinning skills up 
YOu will soon get better, its part of the joy of poi :D

I just came back from a good spin. Now i'm all hyped up and spinny and wheeeee!

well i certainly dont bite, unless im being attacked, then its out with the teeth and into the skin i go!
nice to meet you tama! i doubt your pathetic at poi, if you need to hone your basic poi skills, as aj said, go to the tuition and take a look! their good quality videos them!
well enjoy the forums, everyone heres a blast and a good laugh so far, im keping hopefull it stays that way to
