| hey was doin the 3 bt weave tonight and as i switched sides i spun the 2 poi out of sequence for one circle and then brought the poi over to my other side got in a move from the weave and then did the same,weird to explain sorry if it dont make sense! but is this a 'take out' i'm doin? ie same idea as butterfly where ur learning mexican wave, taking one poi out of the butterfly for one beat then back into the butterfly??? |

| Yes those are lockouts. Try doing a few and also you can try a flower- they are really cool! |
