i cant seem to get the hang of backwards 5 beat weave and it's really annoying me!  |

Practice without your poi getting your hands into the position.
Remember with backwards 5 beats that it will swing up towards you, so watch your face!! |

| Once you've estabished the fact that you have to add an extra twist to your wrists, you MUST try and get your extra-twisting wrist RIGHT UNDERNEATH the other one. Its not as tight as forwards. |

plus remember that as soon as your hands twist for the extra beat you have to move it to the other side of your body quite rapid or it will just get tangled  |

trying this one myself and end up doin the twist for forward 5 beat! well irritating! the explainations help and i'll be giving it a try today, thanks  |

| I find thats its got a slightly different movement of the hands. But I think it feels smoother than the fowards |

hey! great name! we could start a pack!!
yeah i have just mastered the BW 5bt Weave... it always feels quite clumsy when you start it, loads of sudden jerks, but it gets smoother with practise!
