what exactly are they
i think im doing them, but they seem ridiculously easy
so think im doing something wrong
i just spin the poi fast forward, and long-arm them round back
and im sure thats wrong

hey there, right flowers are basically where your arms stay in one place usually extended and the poi swing a beat without you moving your arms the most common one is arms extended one in front and one behind you like this ____0____ (your facing this

if ya get me i think of it like a compass your arms always have to be opposite so one is always north and one south then east and west then the one that was north is south and vise versa and you keep goin round and round, remember that your arms only move when the poi have swung one beat, i found it easier to learn by learning the arm positions first then introduce the poi but swing them 3 times every time your arms move and when you feel you have do 2 beats then one. then as with all poi moves there are many many different variations of it fw and bw then fw antispin which is arms goin backwards poi goin forwards the bw antispin which is the opposite then you can do butterfly flowers and antispin butterfly, then there is goofy where both arms go the same way but the poi are spinning opposite directions. Then you can turn between all.

Sorry man i bet that has well confused you. i do some flowers in my video both normal and butterfly but my comp is that bad it wont even stream videos so i cant tell you when it is. search you tube for flower tutorials is ya best bet. hope it helped anyway :D

cheers man much appreciated, i will have been poi'in for 2 years in july n that is practicin everyday pretty much. but everyone can be a minta spinner if your willing to put the time in like with anything really :D
