It's only one month of practicing;
I believe that you don't do spinning trainings in each small free-time at all days, like me. Hip/Shoulder reels makes ourselves going crazy when trying to learn it for the first time;
It is a quite simple visually, but a bit difficult if you don't try at least for 1 hour to have an harmonious combination of the poi's, i can't describe in english words how it functions as well;
but i can tell you to try the site www.homeofpoi.com in forum gallery to have a quick anwser, if not, just look at our basics at Tuition center, and try to SEE AND COMPREEHEND WHAT U SEE, better
and then try with one hand (the difficult one, for me is left hand);
and when you feel confortable, try with the other hand;
and mix up the two hands after training it individually
i'd like to help u more, but my english is terrible |
