so im new to the world of poi.

and im having a bit of trouble..i have cobras..

im finding it hard to cross over or do any tricks with my left hand? Confused

any help? Smile

One of the hardest things with poi at first is that one hand is always dominant.

I hate saying this but unfortunatly you just have to keep practicing things with your other hand. Eventually it will get up to scratch.

I would suggest doing angel wings if you can already butterfly, as this is a good one for making sure both hands are good (otherwise you get a sore head Wink)

The tutorial on here is pretty good.

My boyfriend has the same problem, I have never seen him hit himself with his right hand yet the left just does its own thing, I got to say its down to alot of practice now that he can do a butterfly which hes really proud of.

i brushed my teeth with my left hand this improves the co-ordination with it or any menial everyday tasks you do with your right hand do it with your left :D

Wow, thats so simple but you would never think about doing it. Im going to try brushing my teeth with my left hand later, ill let the dentist deal with my decay and poor ability to brush LOL
