Anyone have more info about this apart from what's on the calendar? i.e. where abouts is the stall going to be/what time are the workshops?

Hi There, the stall is situated between the main arena and the funfair Smile the guys will be spinning all the time, so just show up and have a go Smile the boys are professional fire performers so I don't think you'll be disappointed Smile

You should have come Felixwah, was fantastic, particularly if you happen to like Maiden. Spent way too much at the PoiPoi tent and am now officially broke but it was all worth it Very Happy

Hmm it was ok-ish. The workshops were at set times throughout the day. I went for the Intermediate one on the friday and it was full of beginners (even though there had just been a beginners workshop! Grr Very Angry ) I got asked "can you do a 3 beat weave?" I said yes, they said "learn it backwards" and left me to it. Came back 5 mins later and said how have you got on, I showed them and they told me "keep practicing". Teaching style needs some improvement guys cus that wasn't helpful. Sorry. I bought the encyclo-poi-dia though, have yet to watch it cus all my muscles are still aching from the festival. Didn't go back to the other workshops cus we were camping in Red which is the furthest you can possibly be from anything and my feet were crippled by friday night!
