Can any 1 help me with that barrel roll i find it rally anoying  when u need it 2 spin round ur hands it allways gets tangled an i cnt get it 2 not get tangled plz help if u can  cheers[/quote][/i][/b] |

I can help you! But only if you are a bit more precise with what you are finding difficult :P
I'll start you off with what most people do wrong: which is that your arms DO NOT force the poi around, the poi barely lean on your arms at all, they more just brush them.
Can you do a 3bw? If so, to get the idea of what is happening, instead of crossing straight over, open your arms in the buzzsaw plane, then go onto the other side.
The barrel roll is the buzzsaw plane bit, but without opening your arms! Try with one poi at a time, then switch them over.
Watching videos are misleading, buti promise you, your forearms do not aid the poi movement in any way.
