Hey hey man! I'm excited cos it's always boooootiful to have another poier on the team! How's spinning going!?
God, I've been meaning to buy a staff and practice for a long time but I don't know where to start. Maybe you could point me in the right direction? Something good for everything - bit of spinning, bit of contact?

WELCOME!!!
Jayne

I am really only a beginnier in all aspets of poi and staff, though I did go out and buy like 10 sets of poi just to get the feel of all the different types!

I got my fire staff as a chrimbo present one year and I spin and do a little contact, I'd like to et into more contact - currently planning on some tennis ball / large nails and broom handle construction to attempt to make some training staff's to save my fire staff for performing :P
