right pretty much cracked this one so will explain how i did it 
ok i found it well easier to take the crosser down to your wrists if ya get me so when your arms are crossed you push your arms forward until its at your wrists.
From here you will notice the direction of the circle your poi are going in, now change the direction (not easy) this feels very wrong and forced at first but once you have it you can bring your arms back into crossed position (well almost).
now to get turns and linkage with all other antispin moves and im pretty sure it can be smoothly linked to anti spin weave.
