well, ive never tried 'em, are they any different to normal poi? I be going to buy some stuff to make new sock poi today too so im finally going to restart with my spinning!  |

wehey for spinning!
Flag poi are heavy things, you can't do all the tricks you may be used to with them, but when done well they can produce some seriously awesome visuals.

i beg to differ, with weighted handles on my flags i can throw them and as normal i can hyperloop, airwrap, spiral wrap and iso late them perfectly without them tangling round themselves. hooray for Fáb flags
btw flags are great for training your planes the wind tends to force them straight as you spin them and i find regualar playing with both flags and regular poi you tend to build muscle memory to get your planes straight  |
