my brother is a big fan of yoda hes older and goes to sankeys so i thought you might know him (you cant forget him if you meet him!!) ill bring him if hes around! Ive got a few days off work so ill practice loads so i dont look to much like a plonker! i thinks its going quite well at the mo apart from a couple of black eye's and a lot of bruises on my shins! i started off with my glow balls (hehehehahaha golw balls, they are really cool) I learnt quite quickly that it was a mistake so my trusty skiing socks are now a briliant poi set! if you promise not to laugh ive got a vid on you tube http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=fB5emUOce78 if that doesnt work put in sock poi beginner/ date added im 8marshmallow8 oh but put some music on frist cos i dont know how to add any yet!! AND NO LAUGHING !

and dont worry bout looking bad its not about that its about having fun which is why i love the poi community no one judges and everyone is willing to help, i happily teach people for free, so if ya come down and are having problems with a move i will nail it with you. the best way is to learn in person as you can see it from all the angles you want and get the person to break it down for you as well as tell you your faults Smile

where bouts in n'wich you live if ya dont mind me asking (i aint a stalker or anything)

right, you know when your weaving is there a way of keeping the poi spinning at the side of you befor you cross over to other side if that make any sense!! i just keep getting tangled up! Laughing

yes or no ans will cerfice!! hehehe its driving me mad!! oh and if anyone has a fire staff bring it along!!! me likey fire !! just havnt got one yet grumble

sorry lol i will explain better. the poi need to be spinning parrallel to you body i.e in front of your tummy either way it doesnt matter. they need to be spinning splitt time hands about a foot and half apart one poi in front of the other one Smile
