|
|
Hi, anyone give me tip on angel wings, primarily going wrong behind my head with clashing probs. Fortunately not too painful but for some reason just can't get continuity. Gonna practice a bit more today along with BTB planes and turns(360 but primarily 180)
Cheers |

RIGHT LAD
Tips you must remember:
1. Make sure your fists go BEHIND your head, not just above of it.
2. You see what Tony D (heyyy cool nickname) does in the angel wings tutorial video? - there's a subtle but serious part in the wrist movement. She does 2 beats in front and one beat behind - but just on the second beat in front, she twists her wrists so her beautiful palms are facing the floor, this will set your wrists up in the ideal positioin for moving behind yer head!
3. Don't be scared! Scaredness ruins timing. |

a little slight difference... this makes all the world for me but may not for you... when you go behind your head your actually doing a reverse butterfly. so figure out where your hands should go and itl happen from there |

cheers guys, think with your help and finding a bit of music with the right beat helped me there, also using different poi may have helped although. Will have to continue practicing and work into what other little stuff can do at mo.
Cheers again |
