"Im back again. Though for how ling I really dont know. However while I have been away I learn a very nice kewl little trick with my poi to make spiral and normal wraps look a wee bit more interesting.

You do your wrap as normal going in, but when you come out twist your hands, still together in the direction of the poi. For some reason it makes it look like there being isolated as they exit the wrap.

Just spices it up me thinks. I call it:
