Hiya all,
I am looking to buy my first poi
and feel very confused with the choice out there 
Any advice would be very appreciated.
Also, is it better to order it from the internet or find a shop and see before buying???

Hi there Miriam!
So looking to get your first poi eh! Nice 
So you do have a wide selection of poi to choose from.
The first poi I owned, and that you can see our own Lady Doodles sporting in the tuition vids is "Mouse Poi" they are funky little poi to get you onto your feet with! After that I explored all different sorts of poi.
My personal preference is sock poi right now, their cheap, very reliable and easy to make

These are good I feel because you can Taylor them to any length and size and colour you want them to be!
But as I say these aren't the only good poi on the market, you got Flag Poi, Day Spinning Poi like the Cobra II and Mouse Poi, Ribbons, A whole range of different glow poi etc!
