no sure if anyone have tried the one where you spin butterfly and then take your left hand behing you right shoulder and then over you right shoulder to then bring back to butterfly and repeat with the right hand?
i get caught when i go to do right hand left shoulder, i can thread the needle and also do butterfly - far shoulder - near shoulder - butterfly one hand only..
any ideas? |

Cant video. No camera :(
Tips: erm . . . Practice taking out normally to the side from butterfly first. I find the hardest bit isnt takeing it out and doing the shizzle bth, its the putting it back in. Sometimes its easier to get this down dirst in front of you.
Also if your struggling getting it back into the original move, try doing split time just before you enter. For me i find this makes it a bit easier.
If your struggling bth and hitting yourself in the back, then try working on a bth trick you already know say Angel wings with your back to a wall. You plane work will soon get tighter and it will all help |
