Bounce juggling... Heh. Like Michael Moschen, king of jugglers.
Contact juggling is well worth trying. Just be aware that compared to almost any other kind of juggling, it's very very difficult. Progress is infuriatingly slow to start with, but once you get a few of the moves down, it becomes so much fun! |

Ok...First off, get comfy with holding the ball on the back of your hand. I find it easiest around the knuckles, with my middle finger held slightly lower than the others.
Start with a beanbag, hacky sack, a thud or an orange. Practice throwing from one side of your hand and catching with the other. As you do this, get used to moving your hand with the ball. Move up as you throw, and fall with the ball to catch. This will make catching a lot easier and means you're less likely to drop it (at least when you get the hang of it).
Basically, you're aiming to throw the ball without letting go of it. |

yeh xan that is the same way i learnt bro i tell ppl to do the cradle and learn to balance the ball by moving your hand in diff directions then learn to throw the ball from cradle and catch it back in cradle then go on to learn the windscreen wiper it helps so much in the future even thought you think its pointless and you get no-where to begin with.
like spinning plane theory with poi or basic reel turns good basis for the spinning to come |
