ok so this thing i think could be a waist wrap.. it goes weave on left side (with right poi spinning under my left arm and behind my back- hands together circle in front of me - weave thing on right side (with left poi under my right arm) is that the gist of the WW or have i invented something stupid?

That's a kind of waistwrap. Smile You can actually do them either in front or behind. The "waistwrap" that most people seem to talk about though is basically that same motion, only behind your back. Wink

whoop whoop! that means i learnt to hipmill and waist wrap last night!! sooo happy now!

well done Very Happy . If you havn't already learn't the windmill learn that. 1 weave+ weave turn into backwards weave + winmill + weave =The fountain. Also work on the waist wrap-the hipmill is part of that. One you can do them you will do them lot's.

i have a nice combo going on ( been spinning in the office - slow day)

windmill > corkscrew> weave> waist wrap> weave > weave turn (with the big circles that i like to do) > reverse weave> 360 weave> die from sore arms! lol

i am a weaving beast shocked
