|
|
the move consists of butterfly, thread the needle, non turning turns and 3 beaty stuff but not for long
since i can only do butterfly the backwards way ( the same way ur poi would be spinning if you were 2 do bk 3 beat etc) ill explain it like that
start doing butter fly then do a wrist stop, next do everything you would do in a wrist stop transaction except do another wrist stop to go back to a butterfly.
as u bring the the poi bk round move ur hands in such a way that u do a 3 beat weav infront of u and then bring the poi round to the left side of ur body and do a 180 turn. next ur poi should be doing the backward 3 beat, well almost because although there r a couple of weaves in this move they only tend 2 last 1 turn.
next as u bring ur poi from wat is now ur right side of ur body to ur left, this is the hard part, let ur poi in ur left hand spin backward circles freely in front of you slightly to ur left, now u have to wrist stop ur poi in the right hand and quickly go back into thread the needle.
this move just sorta came to me i dont no wat its called or if its even a move buh it looks pretty cool aint tried wid fire though that could be fun
P.S if any1 nos wat this is called tell me lol |

I'm quite confused but what you seem to be describing is a 'wave' from a butterfly.
Some people call it a waistwrap - the in-front-of-you kind.
Heh heh. 'Non turning turns'. Made me laff. |

safe it sounds like your transitioning from butterfly to 180 weave back to butterfly |

Agreed with Feely.
The turns you question in the title are just turning with those tricks. So you can essentially do 360 butterfly turns and also you can do 360 wrist stop turns.
But they are separate from what your describing.
It sounds like a long wave combo or something.
If you could possibly post up a video of the trick we could tell you in more detail if it has been done already or what not!
Sounds interesting to me tho! |

i know what it is i saw him do it on sunday
what it is a wrist stop transition into a weave (like here http://www.poipoi.info/tuition/tuition-transwriststop.php)
then basically its a 180 weave turn so your doing backwards weave and then a wrist stop transition back to ttn
so yes they are seperate moves |
