weaves can be even numbers. try a 4 beat you can do it by doing the motion for 3bw on your left hand side and 5bw on your right. Count it. I don't know why or how it works but it does.
Looks cack mind... |

| Yeah this is true. But it's just a switch if you think of it that way. Plus yeah, like the 7bt's and above it looks weird! |

Yeah, I got a vid.
This is " under the legs tutorial " but the move can be seen right after the 5:00 minute ( 5:02 - 5:08 ). I think it's a weave after all, but you guys decide ( and it is in the butterfly plane! )
Thanks,
J.
Here is the actual link ( I forgot lol )

Ahhhhh! All is explained! This is a 2bt trick. It is a weave but it is just done in your front plane or your "Butterfly Plane".
For help on how to do it tho, you notice how he is slumped quite far over when he's doing that trick. So he can accommodate for space.
After that the movement your hands will be doing is the exact movement you do when you do a Windmill. But instead of carrying the move over your head from your front plane to your back plane. It stays in one space. It is made possible by the slumping over it.
So keep your poi short for this trick I'd say! So you have plenty of space to do the trick when your leaned over!
I hope this helps! Lol

Thanks a lot Daedra !!!
That was it, exactly as you describe it. Instead of doing a windmill over the head, it's the same movement but inside your arms, underneath the elbows.
Thanks again! |
