Big thoughts!!

ok so i went for a spin out the back of work today.. the park was full.

It occurred to me that noone in the history of the earth had ever spun there before and that what happened in that space at that moment as unique and will never happen again..

so... what have you done today/ this week/ this year that has never been done before/ by you/ in that space???

see i told you it was big thought!!

I had that recently too, and im sure it wont ever happen again. I ended up spinning inside a climbing wall-room. Everyone else was climbing all the walls and i was just stood toward the back spinning, in my own little world Smile

Its a french derived word.....a bit like why we call a duvet a duvet and not a quilt....I think!

tell you what is cool...

close your eyes, and then slowly, one by one, imagine the colours red, blue, yellow, etc etc

it's FREAKY because you can sort of kind of see them, but then you realise 'i can't see them because my eyes are closed'.

You'll see what i mean.

i had another big thought last night ( feely you might want to put fingers in your ears to save your brain dribbling out)

I was looking at the stars and it occurred to me that the light that i can see now was produced by a star that may no longer exist.

Which then lead to the though that i always have.. if space is expanding .. what is it expanding into and if it isn't expanding what is beyond the edges? or it is round like we are inside a massive ball?

yep thats right, when you're looking at a star you are literally looking into the past. i think thats awesome.

nobody knows what the universe is expanding into... but i wish i did!
Thing is, if you ever got to the very very edge, and tried to cross over, you'd find nothing new, cos you'd be taking the universe with you Wink
