Its too cold to be outside spinning for me im afraid, my poor spinning fingers will get frostbite.
It has proper turned cold in Kent today, there was loads of frost and I saw people fussing with de-icer and all sorts this morning. We has freaky tidal changes Friday as well with all the flood warnings, most of the shops on our harbor closed and sand bagged up, mad waves were going over the cliffs if you can imagine that.
Curry sounds good, goat curry mmmmmmm....with mint sauce....mmmmmm
...that should warm me up, and a cuppa of course! |

Yeah I should imagine it's fairly bad out towards the coast and everything. It was relatively fine when I rode to work.
But it was definitely noticeably colder!
Nah all weather is good weather for spinning! (Part from rain) If your playing with the fire then it's fine:P |

| I bloody hate it when you get itchy legs because of the cold >.< cause it's an itch that you can't satisfy! Well...until you get indoors. Then it itches because it warms up to quick and it's just manic! |

Yeah, I have a dodgy elbow which aches a bit in the cold sometimes. Plus, I think I pulled a tendon in my arm while firespinning yesterday. Pesky cold weather...
