right i read the other post on backwards weave and that tells me i am doing things right. my question is, does anybody on here have the problem of hitting themselves in the sides with the poi as its spinning round..... i know what to do but i just cant stop from hitting myself...its extremly frustrating....

can someone please help me??

i know this will sound really stupid, but for the moment try moving you arms as you weave, you might find that they are not in the correct alignment with your body.. so when the poi are doing the left circle make sure it's fully over the left side of your body and vice versa

Yeah turn your body a little as you weave, I used to hit my legs alot. Also try stretching your arms out to the side a little more and not so close to the body.

You can tighten the move up once your memory and comfort for it has kicked in!
