any funny stories about people who try to show off

the best i've got is this;
once a guy (name witheld) borrowed my poi to show off and he hit himself in the nuts.

my friend had gone into a fad of being obsessed with his new martial arts style, and thought it was the be all and end all and everyone elses was crap.

He was doing the classic 'Oh yeah, go to punch me in the head and i'll show you what i'd do!'
After many minutes of me refusing to do so and him perpetually asking me to, I said 'Ok!!' and hit him in the belly.

He shut up after that. :D

haha, similar thing happened to a kid i know, he kept asking people to punch his stomach, taking it every time.
After many weeks of this we were all pretty sick of it, but no one had the heart to tell him we honestly didnt care about how well his training was going.
Any way, one day he asks this yuonger kid to punch his stomach, the kid looked a bit confused, grinned and said ok.
He proceeded to smack the guy clean in the nads as hard as he could, good god i dont think ive ever laughed so hard xD

Someone was showing off with fire poi in the rave in the woods! He kicked his fuel reservoir over and proper set the ground on fire! (Was dead leaves and Bracken absolutely everywhere!)

lol i not gunna be mean nd point out other peoples tuck ups as i have them far 2 frequently 2 say a thing but ill share sum of my more embarissing stories with u (hec i cud use a gud giggle)

it was'nt exactly showing off but me and my floor where having a snowball fight a coupple of years back and i made this huge snow(ball) more like a plate of soft snow anyway i thought id ambush 1 of my mate so i sat in hidding and waited he came in range and i sprung dashed the 2 yard to him and losed my giants snow(ball of types) on him. it hit shattering over him even had a area of effect that people nearby got sprayed with the break up, unfortunatly with the sudden departure of the weight provided by my arsanel and the slipper conditions i could no longer counter my motion to stop running.

skidded right past him and into a bramble bush full of thorns (owchies) took a mate 2 days with tweasers and a pin 2 dig all the thorns out of my hand ^_^ hehe

btw dont feel 2 bad 4 me the snowplater was roughly a little bigger than your average mans chest and a little wider

Ohh well this guy I know came round to my house and had a go with Felix's poi's. He was spinning them arounf his head randomly thinking he was doing really good when one of them hit him...somewhere unpleasent for him... and he fell to the floor. I burst out laughing at this point! xD

lol we get loads of people that come in the shop and are like 'oh yeah i'm really good at them' and they pick up the poi and try and do butterfly and they join together and hit them in the knackers haha
