ive been sick all week...
threw up at work, they still kept me there.
havent been to the gym all week, so i feel rubbish.
havent been able to spin.
been missing school and am getting behind on work.

Well if it's going anywhere then just, at the end of the day, be honest with him. It's better than creeping around the issue or trying to "Fob it Off" so to speak. At the end of the day, yeah, it's going to hurt no matter what you say. So it's best to just come clean! |

Like Daedra said, just tell him the truth, if he has any sense at all then he will value you for being honest with him, if not then thats his problem to be honest..
Relationships need two people to be committed anyway, it will fall apart eventually.
