random happyness

i know it is a bit of a wierd post but is there any random things that make people happy

i find any flashig poi spun to the music from the wurzels (especailly the song morning glory; this paticular song i have created a routine without even trying- it just happened)

another thing i find makes me happy is beating up old copper boilers and simalar things

any one else find random things make them happy

but the thing that makes me happy is a loving cuddle to be wrapped up in someones arms so close to them you can hear their heart beat Smile

Yeah thing that make me happy.

- Hanging out of my window for a couple of hours in the morning just taking in the fresh air.

- The smell of freshly fallen rain.

- A cup of tea during a bad day at the office.

One thing that I really shouldn't do when I'm at work is bloody watch Lee Evans! Just watching his Live tour when he went to Scotland and I'm meant to be working. But I keep letting out little giggles and they all give me funny looks! Then when he says something that just creases me up I try to hold it in but make that funny throat crunching grunty noise as the laugh escapes my neck:P That always makes me smile when I do that (^_^)

ive just been on the best horse ride ever it was a training ride on a lovely arabian horse called alish she went like a rocket!! we cantered for an hour across beautifull countryside god i love south africa!! i dont want to come home!!!!!

I finished writing a song today that I'm so happy with it's not even funny any more!! Also started work on a new one day before yesterday and could be finishing off another oldish one today to my perfecting standards!!
