i can get into the 5 b/w easy its just keeping it on both sides that i find hard...i find that it slips back into a 3 b/w with out me even realising and when i try and see whats going wrong there is no way i could wind that arm round enough to get it where it should be.

help shocked

IF you can do it, but are just struggling maintaining it, then all i can suggest (and i hate doing this) is to practice.

Revel in the fact you have done the hardest bit, which is getting the movement down, and keep hammering it.

Try slowing it right down, and keeping your hands slightly wider. You can work on speed and makeing your hands touch later on.
