Building on the success of last year Southern Lights returns... only this time bigger and better.
Set on a 350 acre nature reserve in Dorset Southern Lights is a 3 day festival dedicated to Circus, Street Theatre and Music.
Workshops run throughout the weekend whilst various street theatre shows take place, fire performances from MCP and the awesome FLAMEOZ in the evening alongside DJ's, cabaret night and live bands.
The festival will be headlined on the Sunday afternoon by NIZLOPI, these are a spell-binding 2 piece folk band who you may remember from 2005 with a small hit called "the JCB song"
You dont have to be circus mad to enjoy this event, with the worlds 2nd biggest natural harbour 3 minute walk away and the beautiful Dorset beaches 5 miles away there's loads to see and do....oh and did I mention the welly wanging comp? ....big prizes to be won!!!
Fancy Dress on the saturday is themed "super" use your imagination!
