I have tried every way of doing this move but i cannot for the life of me get the balls to swing seperately. they go around at the same time. ANYBODY PLEASE help me with this I am going insane!!!! Thanks |

don't do the hip reels yet if you are not familiar in spinning your poi in split time.
just practice spinning first with the regular upward and downward move in split time (the basic spins with the pois in both your sides)
when your done with that then practice the carry turns in equal time (downward and upward) then practice it with split time.

You can't really offer any help on this cos you kinda just have to work out the movements. just keep thinking one poi is in front of you at a time and its very flowy (like all poi really) just let your arms swing back and forth while doing it.
