i was bored after trying to do the one handed butterfly and wondered what esle you could do one handed OMG
put both poi on one hand i put both straps on my little finger and both straps of the other on my index, then spin one poi in figure of eight, and then get the other to join in. and if it works right both poi spin round your hand. looks very good if you have poi with streamers.
i have no piccie to show tho sorry. |

| Hehe, nice one! I can do that but i can only keep it going for a few beats then it gets out of synch and tangled up :( |

kk, is this a weave pattern (aka one-handed weave) or a one hand spiral???
Here is something- try do one handed weave with four poi- two in each hand- Looks V. cool!!! |

| you can also 3 bt with 2 in one hand and do most stuff you can do off a weave like windmill and btb. gonna try 2 in each hand now lol. just to say i saw some guy do it with 2 in each hand and 2 with each foot dunno how?? lol |
