| Well hello there everybody. Last night I was in the park with my poi and I managed to do something strange but I don't know what it was or if it has a name. I hope it does. Anyhoo, I was doing a forward 3 beat weave but it progressed, and instead of going side to side it was going from front to back over my head. I hope that makes sense. Does anyone know what that was? |

| It sounds like you could have been doing a OH (over head) weave. You do a normal weave but raise it up till your hands are above your head. |
