HA HA HA HA that avatar is sooooo funny heh heh I wonder if that is graphicly enhanced (the penguins) heh heh I seen some animals do some strange things
I have seen those ski's or something similar on a documentary and they were using em with a kite to slip-stream over the surf- the speed was impressive but i think ya need relatively calm water |

Kia Ora all,
for those of you with interests in this thread I highly reccomend a new movie called "stepping into liquid"
awsome surfing docu with also some great hydro-surfing.
Also some dudes rideing 66ft swells 100 miles out to sea.
This film is WOW!!!
cheers

Hey Emily,
You'd need to learn how to fly a small powerkite (about 2m) before you did either....this would give you a big advantage when it comes to kite surfing or buggying lessons, as they will charge you to learn the very basics of kite flying which can (with care) be done without lesson. Get the boys you hang out with to teach you!!
