Hi everyone, I just bought my first poi after spending every single day last week using my housemates, I love it! even just basic spinning with some good music when you get in the rhythm it feels so good. are the brighton lessons on regularly? I live in brighton but im just about to go off travelling for a while

Hey welcome to the forum!!!

Your right about spinning to music it makes it feel better!!!

I think the brighton things are on ffairly regularly but I haven't ever been to one- so not 100% sure!!!
