a couple of poi moves are similar to staff in terms of the movements, but when you get into more advanced spins and contact it becomes a different game all together

hey yeh i stated staff a few months ago. i started with a broomstick hangle Very Happy then wen i was shopping in bath a person was selling staffs on the street so i thort wahey! ive jus started stilt walking too! Very Happy
